TERMS OF SALE
The following terms and conditions govern all quotations or prices offered by www.GLOBUGLIGHTS.com – a LWECO GROUP LLC company (Seller) for its products, services and materials, whether made pursuant to oral or written orders, and shall control all matters and dealings between “Seller” and “Buyer”
DISCLAIMER: The information contained in this document along with any attachments is accurate to the best of our knowledge. (Seller) assumes no liability for the use of this information by the purchaser or ultimate end user (Buyer). Buyer assumes sole responsibility for the design, installation, suitability and actual use of products offered for sale by Seller. Unloading, site logistics and personal safety are also the responsibility of the Buyer. Seller disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied as to merchantability or fitness of its products for a particular purpose.
LIABILITY: Seller, its officers, directors, shareholders or properties shall not be responsible, obligated or liable for any injury by damage resulting from any application or use of its products, either singly or in combination with other products arising out of acceptance of Buyer’s orders. In no event shall Seller be liable for any special or consequential damages for any delay or cause.
TAXES and IMPORT / EXPORT LICENSES: Prices as quoted, do not include any applicable taxes or duties. Taxes and duties shall be paid by Buyer.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
• RA numbers must be obtained within 15 days of receipt and items must be delivered to us within 15 days from the date that you obtain the RA number. Items returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, and free from any damages).
• Return must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form. RA Number must be clearly written on outside of box.
• Orders that are refused for delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus the return shipping costs (usually the same as the original shipping costs.)
• No refund will be given on shipping charges. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
• Return Shipping Instructions must be followed (See Below).
Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original purchaser card. PayPal purchases will be credited back to the PayPal account. Check or money order purchases will be refunded by a check. Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for processing after receipt of returned goods. If you do not receive a refund within this time period, please contact us to make sure we have received your items and check on your refund.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Deliveries come via 18 wheeler trailer type trucks. Domestic shipping charges are calculated based on the freight class, weight and dimensions of the shipment and receiving location (zip code). In addition to your zip code, we will need to know if the delivery address is a residence or business. Most shipments go by common carrier freight lines including FEDEX and UPS freight. Small sample orders (up to 75 lbs.) are usually shipped via FEDEX or UPS package delivery service. Expedited next day deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost to buyer.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES: Deliveries to a residence are basically “curb-side deliveries” and usually incur a premium … note you will save money if you have access to a business location with a loading dock or unloading equipment or you can arrange for delivery and pick up at a local truck terminal. If delivery is to a residence and you do not have unloading equipment, then the truck will have to be equipped with a hydraulic lift gate. The delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Usually you will get a call a day or two ahead of time or at least be given a three to four hour window. The truck will normally pull up to the curb and if the truck does not have a lift gate, you will be responsible for getting the item off the back of the semi-truck. A lift gate is a hydraulic lift that is attached to the back of a truck that can lower freight to the ground. Sometimes the drivers will help but they are not obligated in any way to help. There is no guarantee that the truck will come with a lift gate unless you order a lift gate delivery for an additional charge. The charge for a guaranteed lift gate varies by trucker. These deliveries will be made with a full size Semi-Truck ranging from 20 to 53 feet in length. It WILL NOT be a box truck like a brown UPS or FedEx package delivery truck. We cannot request a certain length of truck for final delivery, so please assume it will be a long truck. The driver is only required to deliver curbside at the end of your driveway, it will be your responsibility from there. Most drivers will deliver to accommodate you up your driveway if they can drive up and turn around but it is up to them to decide that. If you have a driveway or live on a road that is not accessible for a freight truck then you will need to meet the driver at the next nearest point or plan on picking up at their local terminal.

* Business delivery location turns out to be a residence
* Shipment requires a lift gate to unload materials
* Delivery returned to terminal and shipment re-scheduled
* Shipment re-routed to a different location
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Seller ships all materials F.O.B shipping point and contracts with various carriers to deliver its materials in the same new condition as when it left its supplier's factory or warehouse.
• Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery.
If damage has occurred while in transit, Buyer should document the extent of the damage on the freight bill and immediately notify Seller and the carrier. Seller's responsibility for loss and damage ceases when the carrier accepts the products for shipment, Buyer is also responsible for filing a damage claim with the carrier.
